Relationship between Dayton Women’s Social League and it’s sponsors

Dayton Women’s Social League’s responsibilities to its sponsors:

• DWSL will distribute sponsor provided information to new members;
• DWSL will not accept competing sponsors;
• Sponsors will be acknowledged at each luncheon meeting; if a sponsor would like to

address the members at a luncheon, the sponsor should contact the luncheon chair-person;

• At each luncheon, DWSL will have a table for a basket or a gift bag for the sponsor’s

gift. Sponsors will also have table space to put any promotional literature they would

want to share with the members on this table with the gifts.

• Sponsors will be listed alphabetically on the website.

Sponsor responsibilities:

• Sponsors will provide promotional materials to DWSL for new members;
• Each sponsor will provide a gift with a minimum value of $15 for each of the luncheons during the year, even if the sponsor is not able to attend the luncheon.

• A sponsor is welcome to send a representative to attend a luncheon if he or she is not

able to attend. The sponsor or representative would need to pay for the luncheon;

• Sponsors need to let the activity chairperson know if they would like to organize an

ongoing activity;

• Sponsors will pay for any activity in which they participate as would any DWSL member.

The goal is to have an arrangement between DWSL and its sponsors that is mutually beneficial. The above arrangement does not require any fees.
